This project introduces a new menu featuring dishes made with false morel mushrooms, focusing on a commitment to unique and adventurous dining experiences. My mission was to create a ground-breaking restaurant focusing on the quality and safety of these mushrooms, which are sourced from trusted suppliers. With my artistic style, I wanted to use earth tone colors to utilize the feel of being with nature. My inspirations came from restaurants changing the standard, and diving into unique culinary dishes.
